Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fulfillment Partners
Our products are printed and shipped through trusted print-on-demand partners such as Printful and Printify. Each item is made to order, which allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste.

Processing Time
Orders generally begin production within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Carriers & Substitutions
Our primary carriers are UPS, USPS. Depending on location or service availability, our fulfillment partners may occasionally ship through DHL or another carrier to ensure timely delivery. This substitution is automatic and chosen for speed and reliability.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, item weight, and carrier rates.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States – 5 to 10 business days after shipment
• Canada – 7 to 14 business days
• International – 10 to 21 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or due to customs delays.)

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves the facility. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If an item arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the product and packaging to FutureImagingStudios@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to replace it or issue a refund.
