Return & Refund Policy

Please note: Each product is made to order. Because of this, returns or exchanges can’t be accepted for preference-based reasons such as color or size.

Made-to-Order Products
Each item at Future Imaging is created individually once an order is placed. Because products are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can verify the issue.

Resolution Options
After verifying the issue, we’ll offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the same item at no cost.
• A refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable digital products, and personalized design services are non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, our team will provide instructions and a return address. Do not send items back to the manufacturer without authorization.

Processing Time for Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
